Attention UK Businesses. We want you to have your say on the Government call for evidence on rent.

This is a critical Covid 19 rent survey that Cedar Dean is carrying out to assist the lobbying of Government, with regards to the support they may offer when the rent moratorium ends.

Many of you may not have time to fill in the 93 question survey from Government. So we are asking to you please take 60 seconds to answer the 12 Questions below.

Option 2 - Allow the moratorium on commercial lease forfeiture to lapse on 30 June 2021 but retain the insolvency measures and additional rent arrears amendments to CRAR for a period of time;

Option 3 - Target existing measures to businesses based on the impact that COVID restrictions have had on their businesses for a limited period of time

Option 4 - Encourage increased formal mediation between landlords and tenants
