Carers' case studies
Healthwatch North Tyneside have been made aware of some difficulties that carers have experienced in ensuring that adequate support is in place within hospital for the person receiving their care.
We are keen to explore these experiences with commissioners and providers in North Tyneside to see what can be learned from these experiences and identify any action that can be taken to prevent difficulties in the future.
To do this, we need carers to share their stories with us, so we can present the commissioners and health and social care providers with case studies that illustrate what the difficulties are.
