Is good fertility treatment important to you?
In 2017 a decision was made by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG to cut NHS funding for IVF treatment. This decision is due to be reviewed in April 2019.
Ahead of the decision in 2017 a petition was launched by Ellie Crane and Stuart Tuckwood to keep NHS funding for IVF treatment. The respondents to this petition and others are now being asked about their experiences of infertility to help inform the review. Fertility declines with age so prompt action is vital.
You will not be asked for identifying information in this survey. The responses will be collated and the results presented in a report and submitted to the CCG consultation. Findings from the survey may be used in media reporting around the consultation, but all findings will be completely anonymous.
The desired outcome is that this information will be used to help propose a service that would provide better outcomes, for more people, while providing value for money.
