Northamptonshire CCG is working on a contract with nursing homes to ensure that all homes have the same high standards of care. 

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. This survey is for people who live in a care home, their friend and relatives. Please answer on the basis of your experience of the services during the past year.

You do not need to name the home or homes that you are referring to but can do so if you wish. 

We will use your answers to help us plan areas we need to focus to ensure high standards across all homes.
