We are seeking nominations for the annual award of ‘Cycling Champion of the Year 2018’, to be awarded at an evening Civic Reception at Dundee’s Caird Hall as part of Cycling Scotland’s annual conference 2018. This award is promoted and awarded jointly by Cycling Scotland, Cycling UK, Scottish Cycling and Sustrans Scotland.
The Cycling Champion of the Year will be presented to an individual whose contribution has made a significant impact on cycling at a local, regional or national level.
Working in their organisation, workplace, campus, school, community, group or club, this individual will have:
demonstrated leadership, going above and beyond;
played an influential role in the delivery of services, initiatives, campaigns or projects;
expanded the reach of cycling to more people;
been a source of inspiration, innovation and good practice

Please note that employees of the awarding organisations (Cycling Scotland, Cycling UK, Scottish Cycling and Sustrans Scotland) are not eligible for nomination
